Flying Valerie – Private

Service Description

Get the same benefits as you would from the Flying Valerie – Group class with the added benefits of one-on-one instruction. If I come to your home for a private session, you will need to have your own yoga swing (also called a trapeze or hangmat). Set your own pace. When / where: Multiple 1-hour sessions are available in Arzier or at your home if you have a swing.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you have 6 hours before class.
