Terms & Conditions
If you reserve a spot in a group class and need to cancel, you must cancel or reschedule 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
If you cancel 6 hours or more before the class begins, there will be no charge.
If you have a 10-Class or 30-Class Pass, the class will not be deducted from it.
If you paid for the class via credit card, you can reschedule the class until 6 hours before.
On the other hand, if you cancel less than 6 hours before the class begins, you are obligated to pay the fee (i.e., the class will be deducted from your pass, or the charge will remain on your credit card).
Yoga massage and private sessions are only offered in the region, including Begnins, Gland, Le Vaud, Nyon and St-Cergue.
Gifts, Packages & Incidentals
Multi-class packages or passes are valid for the following periods starting from the date of purchase:
Get Started – Mixed Pack: 6 months
10-Class Pass: 4 months
30-Class Pass: 6 months
Only a doctor's certificate might extend the use of a package or pass.
Retreats and Other Events Requiring Travel
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. If you are concerned about having to cancel your attendance, then we strongly encourage you to protect your investment by purchasing trip cancellation insurance coverage that includes ‘cancel for any reason’.
If we cancel the retreat, we will offer options of what is available (refund or transfer).
In the event that you need to cancel, all cancellation requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Because we have committed funds to the retreat centre:
If you cancel 1 month or more before the start of the retreat, we will refund 75%; cancellation fee of 25%.
If you cancel less than 1 month before the start of the retreat and IF we are able to fill your space, we will refund 75%; cancellation fee of 25%.
If you cancel less than 1 month before the start of the retreat and we are unable to fill your space, then no refund will be available.
If you can purchase trip cancellation coverage, please check your policy to learn whether our non-refundable charges are covered.
No transfers between retreats, trainings, and/or workshops are available except as outlined above.
No transfers of registrations between attendees are allowed.
No refunds will be made for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat.
The only refunds possible are outlined in the ‘cancellation terms’ above. All such refunds will be processed within 2 weeks following a program.
Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
You acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services and submitting your information, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
